How does the AI candidate matching work?
Matching runs on a built-in brain — custom-built taxonomies plus local Ollama LLMs on infrastructure you control. Candidates and offices are geocoded so closer talent scores higher, and every match shows its reasons (distance, discipline, title, license, track record). Because the models run locally, there are no per-message LLM API fees.
Do outreach emails send from a bot account?
No. Cold Mine and drip campaigns send from your own users' real mailboxes, with per-sender daily caps and automatic retry. That protects deliverability and keeps replies landing in real inboxes — not a flagged bot account.
Is it secure, and does it support SSO?
